Operational Specialist
Courtney is known on the team as the balanced caretaker. One of her superpowers is simultaneously recognizing where improvements need to be made and seeing a path forward.
She never lets a challenge get her down or hold her back and has excelled in her role as Operations Specialist in helping our team function with ever-improving processes. She is a verified wizard at automation and has unleashed an army of automation bots upon the Martin Marketing work flow, liberating human brains and fingers to better tasks.
Courtney has extensive experience in a breadth of roles including Project Coordinator, Account Manager and various accounting roles, and has always had problem-solving and advocacy skills at the forefront.
When she’s not acting as the glue that holds our team together you can find Courtney in the kitchen whipping up something delicious and healthy, or outside on all sorts of family adventures with her boys – bug collecting, hiking in the woods, biking, fishing, bird watching, snowshoeing, snowboarding or canoeing.
Court’s greatest food joy to date was foraging for morels in her own backyard, then pairing them with the perfect glass of wine.
